Every Jacket which is too big or too long can be easily adjusted by any seamstress/tailor.

Waist in the trousers which is too big or too small or legs which are too short or too long, also can be easily adjusted by any seamstress/tailor. There is extra 1 - 1.5 inches fabric left in the waist and leg hems specifically for alterations (lengthening) if needed.
