Aside of shipping (minimum order value €20) we also offer local pickup (Click & Collect) from our Athlone shop free of charge. Just pick the option at the checkout page and we will contact you to arrange date & time for collection.

Cost of delivery varies and it depends from your order value. Sometimes there are more than one method available, so you can choose whichever you prefer during checkout process. Most shipping methods require signature on delivery.

You will be provided with tracking number where applicable.

Ireland & Northern Ireland - (AnPost or courier: delivery time 1-3 days), courier delivers usually within 1 working day/overnight from shipping (shipping time within 24 hours during our working days).

We have extended return time for Christmas and End of Year Gifts up to 30 days. Now you can return your shopping within 14 days, absolutely free of charge to our Athlone store or you can use postal service.

If you decide that the size is incorrect or faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days, on items which are in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If for any reason you will be returning the item, please leave a note inside your parcel with the following informations:

Reason for return
If you require a refund or exchange
(for exchanges) the item/size required

Please keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the items.

If we have made an error with your order or if your item is faulty we will exchange or refund as soon as we receive the item back. In either of these cases we will take responsibility for the return postage cost which are incurred by you.
